We'll discover the mountains, perhaps the most beautiful in Sicily, in the heart of the Madonie Natural Park.

Departure for Castelbuono, a small medieval town brimming with life, history, and picturesque corners. The walk passes by the main monuments, including the Ventimiglia Castle, which houses an ancient Palatine Chapel (the Chapel of Saint Anne, the town's patron saint) and the Mother Church. During the tour, you'll have the opportunity to taste traditional sweets (including the now-famous Fiasconaro panettone).

Return to the bus and continue to the Tenuta Luogo Marchese Antica Masseria, a hunting lodge of the Ventimiglia Lords of the County of Geraci, beautifully restored in the 19th century. Once there, you can admire the wonderful surrounding panorama, the vast vineyards, and the cork oak and oak forests. You'll also enjoy typical Madonie products freshly prepared by our chef, finishing with a mixed grilled meat platter while sitting under a centuries-old wisteria, all washed down with excellent Sicilian wines.

Return to the hotel in the afternoon.
