PROGRAMME

Departure from the port of Capo d'Orlando at 09:00. Arrival at Patti at 10:15, Departure et Arrival at 11:00.

Vulcano is famous for its natural sulphurous mud baths, caused by volcanic phenomena called fumaroles - they provide visitors an opportunity for natural, therapeutic R&R at the end of this busy day trip. A short walk away, and located in the sea a few metres off the white sandy beach, are the islands thermal hot springs, and are a once-in-a-lifetime experience with the sea bubbling before you. Further down the road lies the black beach, covered in obsidian sand - it’s easy to convince yourself to lie back and relax for an hour or so. If you are more active, you can also use your time to discover captivating landscapes while climbing the Gran Cratere (central crater) or visiting La Valle dei Mostri (the Valley of the Monsters) at the Grotta del Cavallo.

Departure at 13:30. Arrival at Salina Santa Marina at 14:15.

Santa Marina di Salina, the main port of the island of Salina, is distinguished by its long pedestrian street full of stylish boutiques down which it is possible to rediscover the flavours and traditions of a place with unspoiled charm. Salina is the greenest of the Aeolian Islands, also famous because it was the film set of the movie Il Postino (Radford-Troisi, 1994). Colourful fishing boats on pebble beach's, and rolling hills covered with wild capers and Malvasia wine grapes, give this island its charm.

Departure from Salina at 17:15. Arriving at Patti at 18:30, arrival at Capo d’Orlando at 19:15.

Transfer back to your pick-up point.
